How many treatments needed
Visible results are evident after a single treatment without any side effects or down time. You can stop by on your lunch break and get ready for any event in 20-30 min. However, for long lasting results, we recommend to start with weekly muscle reeducation for two month, followed with twice per month sessions until the desired goals are reached, then monthly maintenance.
